General Refund Guidelines

All purchases and subscriptions to Chat Pro are generally considered final and non-refundable, except as outlined below or as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used periods unless specific criteria are met or mandated by law.

II. Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, you must meet one of the following conditions:

Purchases Made Directly Through Our Website:

Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days (48 hours) of the purchase date.
Eligibility is based on product usage. You are considered ineligible for a refund if you have sent more than 10 message requests through Chat Pro during this period.
Requests must be made before the end of your subscription period.

Subscriptions via Third-Party Platforms:

If you purchased a subscription or enabled a free trial through the App Store or Google Play, refund requests must be directed to the respective platform:

For App Store purchases, follow the refund instructions on the Apple Support page.
For Google Play purchases, follow the refund instructions on the Google Support page.

Apptify LLC does not manage refunds for purchases made through these platforms.

Technical Issues:

If Chat Pro fails to function as intended due to a technical issue on our end (e.g., the service is inaccessible or unusable), and we are unable to resolve the issue after you contact us, you may be eligible for a refund. Please provide detailed information when submitting your request.

III. Subscription Cancellation

Canceling Your Subscription: If you purchased a subscription directly through https://chat-pro.org/, you may cancel it at any time by:

Contacting us via email at support@chat-pro.org.
Using the “Contact Us” form on our Website.
Clicking the cancellation link in your purchase confirmation email (if applicable).

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Cancellation disables automatic renewal, but you will retain access to Chat Pro until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining time.

Note: Deleting the Chat Pro app or removing it from your device does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must follow the cancellation steps above.

IV. Non-Refundable Items

Additional Packages: Any additional features or packages tied to your main subscription are non-refundable. If your main subscription ends, these packages will also expire.

Free Trials: If you opt for an alternative refund option (e.g., a free trial) at checkout, you waive eligibility for refunds under this policy.

V. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or reverse a payment for Chat Pro subscription fees without following this Refund Policy, we reserve the right to:

Disable or terminate your account immediately for breach of payment obligations.
Dispute the chargeback with your financial institution, providing evidence of your authorized payment.
